The first thing that you need to do is make sure that you are making your baby calm when you are trying to feed them. Remember, forcing them to eat or drink milk could cause them to erupt or could make them cry. Before feeding them, it is important for you to prioritize and make sure that you are not forcing the baby into doing anything.
- Make sure their diaper is not wet
If the diaper of your little one is wet, it is automatic that they will be pretty uncomfortable when you will be feeding them, which is why you want to make sure that your little one’s diaper is not wet and you are allowing them to sit in a comfortable position.
- Do not overfeed
One thing that you should never do with your baby is overfeed them. Remember, babies are pretty small and the capacity that they have for liquid things is really low, which is why you want to make sure that your baby is getting the right amount. Also, in case you overfeed your baby, there is a big chance that the little one could get diarrhea and could vomit.
- Find a comfortable position
In case your baby is not eating or drinking milk it is possible that they are not in a comfortable position or your lap or surface might feel very stiff for them. In order to feed your baby properly, you want to make sure that they are comfortable. Remember, the more comfortable they are going to be, the more likely they are to annoy you.
- Play music
The last on our list is to play music in case your little one is having a hard time in calming down. From the music that they like to the music that you like, you want to play them all so you can keep them calm!
